<p>Merseybeat legend Gerry Marsden will be forever associated with Mersey Ferries through his classic song &lsquo;Ferry &lsquo;Cross The Mersey&rsquo;, a world famous anthem that has endured for decades. The song is played on all our River Explorer Cruises and has become an integral part of the Mersey Ferries experience.</p><p>Sadly Gerry passed away earlier this year. &nbsp;We want to recognise his unique legacy by renaming the Mersey Ferry Terminal at Pier Head &ldquo;The Liverpool Gerry Marsden Ferry Terminal&rdquo; and would like to hear your thoughts on our proposal.</p>
